The majority of my clients are first time home buyers and I take my responsibility to represent them and guide them through the process very seriously. I treat and take care of my first time home buyers the same way I would want my own children treated and taken care of. It is very important to me that my clients feel comfortable enough to ask me questions, comfortable with their purchase, respected and educated in the home buying process. My buyers are excited that they are buying a house and I am just as excited to be the one to hand them the keys to their new beginning. I am driven by the happiness that I feel helping my client's find their new home. The feeling I get when I see the smile on my clients faces, the giggles of their happy children and the gratitude in the faces of my clients parents (for my first time home buyers) is indescribable. I can't take all of the credit, it takes more than just me to make this process go as smoothly as possible and I have an amazing and competent team of office staff, lenders, title companies and inspectors that assist in your purchase.
