Karen helped us find a first home for my brother. She explained the process thoroughly to my brother and made him feel very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. She was able to explain things in ways to ensure that he understood everything. She explained why delays might happen and what options he had to each scenario throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about the area he was interested in. She was with us through the entire process and explained how all of the inspections would work and what he should be looking for and concerned about. She helped him know what questions to ask being he had never done this before. This was his first big "adult" goal and she made it really easy for him.
