Most importantly: they identified the sales price accurately. So much so, it sold in a matter of days. The flat-fee real estate brokerage model is the best. We received the same service as the 6% real estate brokerage. Don't believe other brokers who claim "well, you get what you pay for" when talking about flat-fee brokerages. We were ecstatic with what we paid for, at a fraction of the price!

This was the first time I had heard of his "Flat Rate" listing model. After being on the market for 4 months with another Realtor, we were under contract in just over a week and the process and experience, even back then couldn't have been better.
