David is extremely knowledgeable and VERY helpful! We are first time homeowners and he hrlprd us every step of the way without screwing us over and made sure the seller did not screw us as well. He showed us many houses until we found the exact right one, and made sure the seller held up their end if the bargain (even though they tried not to). Will be looking to work with him again if/when we ever decide to move again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with David if you get the chance and you need a reliable agent

From the beginning of the sales process where you choose a realtor, David set himself apart by taking the time to explain in detail every tool his group has to make the best listing, throughout the entire process he was always a step ahead. He takes the time to listen, work through problems that inevitably arise with home sales, and was always easily reachable for questions.
