David Vander Schaaf

David Vander Schaaf is the Manager of the Northwest Division for Century 21 Affiliated, and REO Mastermind Group Team Leader. He has 20 years of experience in business, marketing, project management and construction. Prior to joining Century 21 Affiliated, David developed several businesses with operations throughout the US including a large internet marketing business and a leadership development company. He has served as Vice President in a large healthcare system, and has overseen $7 million in construction and renovation projects, as well as managed land and facility acquisition projects. David has consulted with organizations around the US in marketing and marketing research as Vice President of the Gallup Organization Healthcare Group. David is following in the footsteps of his father who had a real estate and development practice in Northwest Iowa. Davida,,cs real estate practice includes residential, commercial, recreational and agricultural real estate, including buye r agency as well as marketing and land development. He has a distinct specialty in working with bank-owned properties and is a full member of REOMAC, and REOBROKER.com. David has a BS in Biology and an MS in Administration. David and his wife Diane have personally renovated three homes, and truly enjoy the process of improving the value of real estate. David lives with his wife Diane and 4 active children in Baraboo. David has served on the Board of Directors of several area not-for-profits, and is actively involved in youth sports programs in the community. David is a Certified Cendant Mobility Specialist assisting the Relocation market, and has completed the Century 21 New Home Sales and Development course in keeping with his interest in new home developments, and is certified as an e-PRO.
