We were still out of town when we decided to list for sale. David and his team handled everything, including partial staging for the photos and initial open house. Sold within 56 months for 10 percent over listing price. What else is there to say!

THIS SHORT STORY STARTS WITH MS.BONNIE SCHALL OF DIANE TURTONS ..WE MET 1986..WE PURCHASED OUR FIRST HOME..A CONDO...WHICH DIANE TURTON OWNED..BONNIE BECAME A LIFE LONG FRIEND.SHE FOR YRS WANTED TO GET ME ON HER BLOCK ..WELL A HOME CAME AVAILABLE..AND SHE HELPED WITH ITS PURCHASE..NOW A FAMILY OF SIX... MY REASON FOR THIS STORY IS BONNIES professionalism and friendship always have meant a lot to me and my family .. so when the time came to scale down there was no other choice than Diane turns office. David was professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. His assistant Cyndi was as well. They sold 2 homes for us and were reassuring. Selling and moving is stressful but David and Cyndi made it seamless. I definitely would highly recommend David!
