Since the inception of Gulf Shore Life magazine's "Best in Customer Satisfaction Award" in 2004, I have been selected every year. There are less than 10 Realtors in all of SW Florida that can claim this distinction.

Of the eight criteria measured, I score highest in customer service and integrity. Isn't this what a customer wants; a Realtor they can trust and one that exceeds their expectations of customer service?

I have been helping customers find the homes they've wanted to purchase since 2001. During this time I've been with Sun Realty since 2003 and of their 300 plus agents, I have always been number one or two in sales.

I am actively involved with my community, being the President of our homeowners association, on the Board of Directors and a coach for Special Olympics, and have been on many committees at our golf club.

I hold certification of Accredited Buyer Rep and Certified International Property Specialist (less than 20 Realtors in Naples have this certification).

My wife and I grew up in California, have lived in Germany, Arizona, Minnesota, Massachusetts and made Naples our permanent home in 2000.
