A graduate of the Oregon State University Business School with a degree in Business Administration, David was born in Indonesia and grew up learning the intricate interactions between tactical and strategic business decisions involved in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, through his involvement in his family's corporation. One of the most coveted and respected designations in the commercial real estate industry due to the extremely demanding educational and experience requirements, the CCIM designation is held by less than 1% of all commercial real estate professionals worldwide.
