The property I sold through David was problematical for a variety of reasons, ranging from its physical condition to its status with the municipality where it was located. Within barely more than a week after listing it with Mr. Sturgeon, he had two offers for me, each very close to one another. I countered the higher offer made, which was "countered back" at a number I could live with. It wasn't a deal "made in heaven," but it was a deal--a deal I could walk away with and live to invest another day. I would recommend David not just to the commercial property owner who wants to sell, but especially to the one who needs to sell! Mr. Sturgeon is just that kind of creative property representative which that latter type of seller is looking for!
