David was wonderful to work with during our search and home buying process. He quickly provided us solutions within our price range, in the area we were looking for, and met our needs in terms of land requirements. He and his staff were responsive and pro-active in meeting our needs. His knowledge was invaluable to us in terms of guiding us through the buying process, negotiating prices, and helping us understand what was going on during our buying process. We spoke with other agents prior to David Stevens and the comparison between service was stark. We discussed with David what type of property we were looking for. He quickly found options meeting our requirements and we found our home far sooner than I had expected.
