Buying a home in NYC can often be stressful and drawn out--David was the first broker to respond to multiple queries I had put out to agents and his confidence, promptness, and straightforward response compelled me to take him on as a broker. My fiancA(C) and I were first time homebuyers in a crazy competetive time. We were very persistant and motivated to find a house and we must have had a million questions. We had no idea what we were doing, where we wanted to live, what type of home we wanted, but it didn't matter, David was there for us every step of the way. Weekends, nights, he was always available to take our calls, answer our texts and follow up with the appropriate parties on the sellers side as needed. We were looking in a fairly wide area of upstate NY, in various counties, but David was happy to work with our schedules and arrange showings, no matter where the properties were located. This is a huge benefit as he covers such a wide range of counties in upstate NY and the city - not a lot of realtors do this! When we finally got an accepted offer, David was a huge support for us, as in our case it was not the easiest process getting into contract or closing. There was a time we thought we might have to walk away, but David was fully supportive, not pressuring us either way, which we really liked. He was able to communicate with the listing agent and their attorney to get answers for us when we needed them and other parties weren't replying - all things he did NOT have to do. Truly he went above and beyond and gave us a huge peace of mind throughout the process. I would 100% recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. And he will be our guy if we ever decide to move/sell. We could not be more happy in our new house and neighborhood so thank you David!!!
