Unfortuenly I had a really poor experience with David. I'm sure when youre trying to buy hes a different person, but I was trying to rent through him because one of his listings said aEURoeavailable for rentaEUR?. He was short with me the first time I called, told me to text him my name and number and he would get back to me..never did. Then I had to keep being persistent..finally he texted back saying aEURoeits still available. Let me know what time and days work for youaEUR? so I was excited again and told him what days worked for me. Never heard anything back from him after that. I just think if this your job, you should be more on top of things and not leave people hanging. If youre more interested in selling the house you need to be honest about that and not put aEURoeavailable for rentaEUR? on the listings. Like I said, I'm sure hes a nice guy especially seeing all his reviews but I'm said I didnt get the same experience with him. Very disappointed.

My wife and I have been working with Dave Smeak from Smeak Real Estate Company in our search for our first house.
