Recently, we had two real estate transactions (back to back) that Dave Silva guided us through. The first was the sale of a condo on the East Side of Providence after my mom passed. This sale had some unique circumstances with the condominium complex ownership. At an extremely hard time for us dealing with the loss of a parent and settling an estate, we are truly grateful to have had such a great partner in Dave. He was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and kept us informed at all times. We were able to close the deal much sooner than we thought with Daves leadership. The second was the purchase of an industrial property in Seekonk, Massachusetts. This would not have happened without Daves assistance and his ability to bring a transaction to fruition. Dave goes the extra mile and does his homework on the properties for his clients and keeps every single detail on track. Again, we are grateful to have had Dave working in our best interests in this transaction. He was always available whenever we had questions and guided us through every step of the way to a successful closing. We are very fortunate to have him as our realtor, and we highly recommend him to our friends and we applaud him to his employer for the recognition he deserves.
