ZillowVERIFIEDI do not often leave reviews, unless I am beyond impressed. By chance I had called Dave about a listing he had to see if there were any open houses planned. He knew I was not ready to buy, but we met up and discussed the property at my home. He asked me to keep him in mind in the future, and asked for permission to contact me if he had anyone looking for a property like mine. I said of course, and didn't expect to ever hear from him again as I was not actively buying or selling. I would occassionally text him real eatate questions, and he would always answer even though I was not a client. Fast forward several months and he contacts me that he has a realtor friend with a client looking for something unique like my home, and wanted to know if they could see the property. They end up loving it, putting in an unexpectedly high offer, and just like that my house was sold. He saved me weeks of moving my three dogs in and out for showings, and having to keep three dogs in check for showroom condtions and all the aggravation that can go with it. He didn't ask me for a contract, there was no pushiness, nothing. Just a geniinely nice guy trying to help people. In a mad rush to find a house, I had several offers beat out from the crazy market and David never gave up. He was on point every step of the way, and really was able to keep me focused when I became discouraged and was ready to just buy anything that came along. Instead of just letting me do that, he found a perfect home not even on the market for me and got me a showing. The home checked everything on my list, and was just a great fit. No bidding war, no counter offers, a nice home by nice people. When we found out the sellers home build was delayed from COVID he found them a rental, and when that rental fell through he found them another. When my movers canceled on me last minute he found me new movers for less money that did an incredible job. He answered every crazy 10pm and 6am text I sent, never seemed annoyed, and took care of basically everything. Basically, he did the entire thing from start to finish and sold a house I didn't think I'd be able to sell for more than I had even hoped for. I have two very good friends that are realtors. Because of how great David was early on I went with him. Keep in mind I am an extremely picky guy (borderline downright annoying), who wasn't even thinking selling was a possibility, David went above and beyond. He wasnt worried about his bottom line, and it was clear he meant it. I would recommend him without hesitation and full confidence.
