David was very professional and did a fantastic job with the listing. The photos, description and 360 degree walk-around looked professionally done. I met with 4 real estate agents and David was not phased by lack of comparable sales in the area. Considering the property's location and features, David delved into the research needed for a proper listing. (agents from other agencies were hesitant, almost as if they wanted *me* to do the work for them!) If I had other real estate to sell, I would definitely contact David Schepner again.
