About David Sartirana

Having lived in the Winsted / Northwest Ct area for over 58 years I have a real appreciation for all this area has to offer, I have a wonderful wife and two fantastic children that are very supportive of me and my business. Most recently my wife and oldest son have both become licensed and are active engaged in the business. I have been a member of the Winsted Fire Department since 1982 and currently hold the position of Fire Chief. As a real estate Broker and Owner I have huge advantages over other agents in the business as I make all the decisions with regards to my business, therefore there is never a need to have to "ask the broker" before I get permission to make a decision. In 2015 we opened our second office in Torrington formerly Future Realty. This office is filled with experienced agents just like me, who enjoy assisting buyers and sellers with their goals. David is amazing. My son, 19 purchased his first home with David as his agent three years ago. David was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with him. The process took about 6 months to find a house. It was a foreclosure so there was added paperwork, inspections, etc. David was with him every step of the way! He was also a great resource when it came to looking for a home inspector, mortgage broker and contractor to work on his house. My son and I are truly grateful to have had David as an agent and would HIGHLY recommend him or anyone on his team.

Very dishonest agency as a whole. Do not understand what comparables are. When presenting an offer the agent refused to present the sellers agent UNTIL I jumped through hoops.
