I am selling my home and purchasing another home. David was not my real estate agent but our buyers real estate agent. Having said that I wish he were our agent. He has done so much to help us and always answers your questions knowledgably. If you need to leave a message you don't have to wait long for him to return your call. I met David via phone in February while looking for a house. I was in Wisconsin and communicated with him almost daily. In July, I brought the family down and we searched to no avail. Actually moved down in August and after a long haul, we got a house in Ruskin. David went over the top dealing with our emotions while keeping this cool and calm. His knowledge of the local area came into play. He knew the ins and outs and was present as we did the home inspection. He offered much needed and welcomed advise and was a true listener to our needs. I highly recommend David!
