This is my second ale using David within a 10-year span. David helped us navigate and negotiate a particularly difficult sale of our townhome. The buyer relentlessly renegotiated the terms of the sale, and nit-picked items on an "as-is" sale. One of the requests from the buyer was a few new screens and David even loaded the dirty screens in his SUV and got them repaired ASAP as we were already living in S Carolina, that is going the extra step.
