Dave started out by giving us a market assessment and a marketing plan for our house that included nearby comps and how he would sell our neighborhood, including an analysis of the local school districts, local parks and amenities as well as proximity to shopping and services. He spotlighted the highs of our home physically down to the last nut and bolt, and made a case for its value to the appraiser. We are very pleased with Mr Harts services and the attention to detail he put into selling our home.
