David Rosenbaum

The real estate transaction is complex. I am David Rosenbaum and I have a complete understanding of its complexity. The sale of Real Estate begins as a simple decision to buy or sell a home and then evolves into a multi-leveled, extremely difficult, and highly stressful transaction. It doesn't have to be this way.

Through my 19 years as a Real Estate Agent I have learned how this process works and through my experiences, I am proud to say I keep all my transactions smooth and friendly. Keeping the transaction moving forward requires a lot of mediation and attention to allow for all the parties involved to achieve their goals. These goals have been and always will be to "SELL or BUY" a home.

Working in an area that I have called home for the past 39 years gives me the confidence that I can find exactly the right home for my client. If you are willing to meet me on numerous occasions when I am willing to take the time to search, shop, seek out, and find the next place you will call "home."

My education includes an Engineering Degree from Rutgers University and then in 2003, I received my Masters in Business Administration (MBA). These degrees contribute to the daily tasks involved with being a Realtor.
