David Reso

David is a full-service Realtor and broker/owner of Audubon Realty. He has been licensed since 2002 and specializes in traditional buyer/seller representation, bank-owned foreclosures (REO), and Investment Property. David has extensive experience, specialling in distressed and corporate real estate sales, representing both small and large banks, government sponsored entities, and hedge funds. David has sold over 1000 REO's since 2004. His exceptional skills with contract negotiation, attention to detail, and communication have benefited buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
