I'm finally getting around to writing this review after Dave helped my kids and I find a house last spring. I got connected with him by chance when I clicked, aEURoeSchedule a touraEUR? on a Zillow listing and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor! I'm a widow and had not owned a house for several years and this was my first time navigating the process without my husband. Dave was kind and so helpful through every step of the process. He went to bat for me during the negotiation process and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was no pressure at any time and I felt he had my best interest at heart with each step. At times, I freaked out a bit as I was nervous doing this on my own but he always talked me through it with patience. We had previously rented a house in Stillwater and really loved that community, but our new home and neighbourhood in Roseville is just great so far! Dave negotiated for the seller to purchase a home warranty for me and Ive already used the service once for a fraction of the cost it would have been had I just called a plumber on my own! Dave also is a wealth of knowledge for referring to local professionals and connected me with excellent mortgage, homeowners insurance, inspector, exterminator pros.
