I started my career in real estate in the lending side in the late 1990's. After 15 years of experience, I decided to roll into the sales side and got my real estate sales license (in 2008). The benefit to you, the consumer, is that I have a unique combination of Lending and Real Estate experience. Recently, I have been involved with several "flips", where I bought a run-down home, improved and resold it. This has also added to the ability to help you find issues earlier in the transaction, saving you money and time on a deal that may not be worth it. The most recent addition to my professional resume is the Oregon CCB license. (General Contractor) My experience is unique in the Rogue Valley as most likely the only Realtor with a Contractors License (CCB), Lending experience and a Realtor.
