We worked with David as we bought our first home. David was a very easy agent to work with- doing a lot of legwork to stay ahead of new opportunities (expect video clips with voiceovers), and bearing with us as we changed our wish-list a bunch of times. His expertise is obvious and extremely useful - navigating aging SF properties and all the fun that comes with that, and during the higher-stakes moments around the transaction itself. David is a very kind and calm agent, not pushy and able to work at your pace - ramping things up when it's important, but letting you drive otherwise. With any luck we won't be in the market for a while now, but we'll definitely work with David again when it's time!

We were looking to buy a house in San Francisco and we happen to meet David at one of the open houses. We were impressed by his warmth and genuineness and before we knew, he was our Agent. We were kind of novice about the SF housing market and David educated us by very patiently showing us different options. He was very quick to catch on to our specific needs and we were able to close in on a perfect house within 30-40 days. What amazed us the most was that he himself would create walkthrough videos of the properties (if required) and send them to us before calling us to view them in person. He has been with us right from the very beginning of our search to the closing and even beyond. He has become more of a friend now and we still call him to ask for his guidance on matters related to our newly acquired house and he is always glad and willing to help. David found me the perfect home at 17 percent lower than listing price ! Best realtor in SF!! David and I worked for over a year to find me a condo. As a first time home owner, David made the process super easy for me. I had very specific things I wanted that included - - Specific neighbourhood in San Francisco (dog patch) - no mechanical garage - newish construction - a tight budget - sizeable living room - lots of natural light in every room David worked relentlessly over a year to find me a condo that fits all these criterions. David was very proactive in finding me condos. I rejected several good ones because they weren't the perfect one. David always advised me on what's best but never pressured me into putting any offers I wasn't sure about. The search was difficult because with high interest rates , inventory was particularly low during the time I was trying to buy. David went above and beyond to find owners in buildings that I was interested in and sending them hand written letters, emails to see if they were interested in selling. We found 3 potential sellers this way! This was amazing. We finally found a condo that was perfect for me but over my budget. David worked on this over a month to negotiate a great deal for me. After round 1 of negotiations, when the price was still too high for me, David advised that we revisit in a month if the place is still on market. We continued our search and revisited 3 weeks later and David was amazing at negotiating a great price for me. I got the condo at 17 percent lower than listing!!! It's a new building, with heating/ac and no mechanical garage! David walked me through comps in the area, comparing buildings, thinking about future resale value. He walked me through all the disclosures over a 2 hour phone call! He set up the home inspection for me, got quotes for fixing a window from multiple vendors. He used a minor window condensation issue to our advantage to negotiate with the seller. He is so sweet! He got me champagne and chocolates and a hand written card when I moved in As a first time home owner, I had constant questions and was texting David every day. He was always responsive, calm and had a great disposition. Even after I bought the house, I have reached out to David about contractors and other home related issues and David continued to assist me. I can't recommend David enough. Best realtor in SF! I have already recommended him to neighbours and they are already impressed by his work ethic ! Just amazing! Call David to have a smooth home buying process!
