David helped us to sell our home during an unprecedented time-a pandemic! He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but he was also supportive when we were extremely nervous. We had buyers back out because of the virus and he was quick to get it back on the market and get us under contract within a very short time. There is a lot to be said about business and people today. In my experience a good business is either lacking good people or good people are working for a terrible business. No matter which it is, by the end of the transaction there is always something missing. In this time, especially during the ever changing world of the covid-19 era, we are all missing what we have become accustomed to from our favorite businesses and our favorite people. David is everything you could need or want from a highly personal business. He has set the bar far above what you thought you needed or wanted from anyone, personally and professionally. He helped us sell our first home and he did it during a time when we all went from business as usual to the world we see today. Not only did he accomplish his goal, he did it with such precision, professionalism and grace that the entire process was as swift and painless as it could ever be. Now if he is capable of this under the extreme circumstances we faced such as law offices closing a week from our closing and the deeds office closing the day after our closing went through, imagine what he can do under normal, every (other) day circumstances. He is the agent that every other agent should strive to be.
