Very unprofessional, closing was a nightmare. I was selling my house in Casa Grande and this agent approached me to help. I paid 5% commission plus 3% towards closing cost and left most of the furniture with the house. This agent was threatening me of suing and accusing me of stealing a BBQ grill that I gave away to a friend and that was never part of the signed contract.
