Over the past seven years, my husband and I have moved several times and have worked with several different realtors, but we never realized how incredibly wonderful it can be to work with a realtor who cares until we met David Moyer. Having built and lived in a house in a semi-rural area for several years, we felt urged to move closer to a more metropolitan area but knew we had to find the perfect fit to make leaving a home we loved worth it. After finding a home that piqued our interest, we went with a family members recommendation of contacting David, and we instantly knew we were in good hands. David is knowledgeable, confident, warm, and approachable and a true expert on real estate in Dayton and the surrounding areas. We were in light pursuit of a home in a very desirable area, and when the one property we were primarily interested in seemed like it might fall through, David directed us to a home that he thought might check the boxes, so to speak. There werent many photos online, but we went to look at the home and fell in love quite literally. Within EIGHT days of seeing this home, we had listed and sold ours for OVER asking and had won a bidding war on the charm-filled, century-old Tudor home of our dreams. David sold our home within 48 hours. We were absolutely blown away. His photographer, also named David, took the most incredible photos of our property which generated so much interest that we had 12+ showings in the first two days as well. David mitigated an extremely stressful and precarious situation when we found out that there were multiple offers on the property we wanted, and, at every turn, provided the guidance we needed to make all the right decisions. He was always available, always patient and understanding, and always fighting for us, even after both houses were under contract and we were going through the motions of inspections, etc. He was an incredible advocate for us from start to finish, and I was almost sad when the whole process was over because it meant we wouldnt get to work with David every day anymore. I can say with absolute confidence that we would have never taken the leap to do make this move our hearts really wanted to make had we not met David. He was the catalyst for chasing a dream that we had deferred for several years, and we are forever grateful!
