David was able to sell our house in 3 months ! He has become a great friend and wouldn't hesitate to work with again. Once he knew who to market our home he was able to find a buyer. I do wish he was a bit stronger in negotiations. David is a man of integrity and patience.

I can't say enough about David. He is, hands down, the best realtor I have used to date. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, going prices, changes in the works and real estate matters itself. He has many years of experience and it shows. He is very patient, has GREAT communication skills, excellent response time, and is a true professional. Not your typical pushy RE agent. If I ever sell my home and buy a new one again..he is our man! I would highly recommend him. In the RE market there are a lot of inexperienced agents out there who don't do their research or know about the many changes taking place. Be careful. Go with David, you will be in good hands from start to finish. Promise!

We had 2 meetings with David, the first one he showed up to meet us where we were one evening, which was over half an hour away. The second time we met for coffee to get more detailed on what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted, gave us a book on selling a home and we talked about our expectations of finding a house and he did it pretty darn fast. My husband read it from cover to cover and liked what he read. He was very prompt on returning calls and texts. He is extremely personable and was a pleasure to work with.
