Before real estate, David spent 16 years working with orphans and foster youth around the world, running after-school and job training programs as a nonprofit director. That same passion for people drives everything he does today--whether he's helping first-time buyers, move-up homeowners, or LGBTQ+ clients feel seen and supported.
