ZillowVERIFIEDIm not one to take the time to do a review but when someone comes a long and goes the distance that Dave McIntyre from More Options realtor did, I believe his outstanding efforts need to be proclaimed. When we started our home search back in September 2022, we didnt have enough money in out account for closing cost, The first 2 realtor Companies. That I talked to said theres no way to do a purchase at this time, come back when you have more money saved up. They didnt even bother to look the other way because the other way required more work on their part. But Dave McIntyre was up for the challenge. He worked with use 5 grueling months, He worked the sale of our home with the purchase of our new home and made it all come together using our equity for the extra money we needed to close with. Listen to me, people! The best apples on the tree are a reach, be careful who you work with when you sell or buy a home. Theres not enough ink in the pen to list all the good about Dave McIntyre. So, I will end with this. Dave McIntyre is a machine with a big heart, and he never gives up. If there is a way to make your family dream house come true, he will find the way.
