But, he was just about making a sale. He was abrasive and pushy. We let Dave know what we were hoping to buy and our price range. He was supportive and open about everything we could expect. I had some credit issues that we were able to overcome and Dave and his team never once made us feel stupid or annoying for all of the questions. They were practical, kind, and heard our needs and took us seriously. It was refreshing not feeling like I had to talk to a used car salesman every time we spoke. Dave and Kristy are the blueprint for what a realtor should be. I will use them again, as well as the inspector and mortgage company they recommended.
