David was a pleasure to work with. We sold our house in North Kingstown and bought a house in Providence. Buying and selling at the same time is complicated but David kept us on track and up to date with everything that was going on. He worked really hard to get us a fair price for our existing home and to get us the best price for our new home as well. He answered our many, many questions and was very available during the process. He even volunteered to talk to the neighbors before the closing date about a fence that we were planning to put in to make sure it went smoothly. He really goes above and beyond for his clients.
