Rosie ????? 7 weeks ago Our experience with David W. Hartigan LLC, Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes was Fabulous! David, Taylor, and Deb are so professional, understanding, knowledgeable and kind. Our decision to sell our home was a difficult one for us, but after meeting with Deb and David we felt we were in good hands. They throughly explained the process and within 3 days our home sold. It was a smooth painless process. Once our house sold we began looking for a new home. David showed us many, many houses, his patience was remarkable. David and his team first showed us a few houses and by doing so learned what we liked, what we didn't and the areas we wanted to live in, then only took us to many houses which they thought might work for us. It was such a pleasant experience, NO pressure, very comfortable, like a visit with a friend to see a house. Over our 49 years of marriage and many moves with my husbands job, we had bought and sold many homes and dealt with many realtors but never ever anyone who we began a business relationship with; who soon became friends and family.
