ZillowVERIFIEDIf I could put less than one star I would. David has been nothing short of impossible to communicate with. We are so interested in the location he currently has for rent but David is unresponsive and un professional. No matter how we tried to contact David he has been extremely difficult to communicate with. We have called, emailed and texted David including through the Zillow app itself. The market is tough enough right now and stressful enough not to have to add to it by dealing with someone as unprofessional and unreliable as David. To put things into perspective. I have yet to hear back on the time we were scheduled to see the property this past Saturday 4/30/22 and here I am writing this review on 5/2/22. My wife and I have been trying to see this property since 4/18/22 and David finally responded that he would show it to us on 5/25/22 stating he would show it to us on Saturday 4/30/22 but he never provided a time or responded to my numerous text, calls or messages on the app.

David assured that I am aware of new listings and provided me enough information that I can make the righ decision (Meeting my criteria), he also assued that he doesn't waste my time with listings that meeting my criteria (Location and price). In one case, he took time away from his family to show me a listing.

ZillowVERIFIEDI met David and was impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market. I decided to give him the listing for my house. David came and spent time taking pictures of my home and got to know the neighborhood. He had already generated a market analysis and helped me set a realistic sale price. He held a scheduled open house even though the weather was awful and this demonstrated his commitment to selling. David took care to go over the offers I received on the property and helped me make an informed decision. The house went to purchase and sale shortly thereafter for the asking price! David was so honest and responsible I chose him to help me find my next home and even though it was farther than his normal geographical area, he is taking the same care in helping me find my dream home. I cannot recommend David enough!

ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with David for about 6 months trying to find a condo for me in South Boston,he was always available when I needed him and he went out of his way to accommodate me with any showings or question that came up and finally he found a great condo at a great price for me. Highly recommend him to any one that is looking for a superb real estate agent.
