WOW! After working with David. I am at a loss for words.As a person, he's already amazing but as a realtor that represented us as Buyers, he's exceptional. So professional and so efficient.He has insane knowledge of the area and of this industry. When we first met, he asked on a verbal deal (I bet it would have been handshake but since we're in a pandemic, that wasn't possible) that the only thing he asked of us was that if he gives us his time, we give him ours.What's also amazing is that with each house we went to see, he brings up great points in regards to the functionality and things to consider. When it came to putting down offers. He always went through the disclosures with us and made sure we understood all aspects of what they said and what would be a competitive offer.He respected our wishes but also made sure to think on what can get us our dream home.
