We tried to private sell our house to a cash buyer. Should have been easy, right? Should have maxed out profit, right? WRONG. It was a nightmare of waiting and waiting and ultimately it fell through and we lost time and money. Enter David. I've used David twice as realtor. I purchased a home in 2012 and my experience with David was such a smooth process that when I decided to sell my home in 2017 I called him again, and once again was extremely satisfied. David listed my home on a Wednesday and by Friday he had someone scheduled to look at it. By Wednesday of the following week there was an agreement made between myself and the buyer. The whole process was flawless and David literally did everything for me making it also stress free. I would highly recommend him for his expertise of the market as well as his attention to customer satisfaction.
