She has been our family's seller's agent three times (two as estate sales) and buyer's agent once. The first time we spoke was when she picked up the phone while on vacation in Florida and I called to request some contract related documents. I received the documents within a matter of minutes with an assist from her Broker and I was blown away ?? This is the level of service you want from a real estate agent. I can confidently say that Donna will do a phenomenal job, no matter where in the world she is, at helping anyone buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

ZillowVERIFIEDAt first we were excited to work with Donna, as it got closer to finishing the deal. We felt like she was not fairly handling the deal as a dual agent.. She was attempting to make us as the buyer due certain things for closing that were the buyers responsibility. At one point, it was brought to our attention she told the seller we would handle inspections via verbal conversation, this never happened and we had to provide screenshots to show this. Our attorney and load processor advised she was very hard to get a hold of and was not helpful in getting the deal closed. We ended up handling these all ourselves so we could close properly. I personally think her not showing up to closing as a dual agent was also very unprofessional. I would not recommend Donna in the future, and I would not work with her again either.

ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Donna for quite some time, and she works hard for her clients. Always a good experience. The local real estate market is tough for a buyer as the inventory is very sparse and that makes it very competitive. Donna has an AI notification program that learns your preferences and sends e-mails as listing hit the MLS.
