David Fleisher

I've been buying, selling and owning real estate for myself and my clients since 2000. My primary focus is listing and selling single family homes in Central Boynton Beach and West Boynton Beach in communities such as Nautica, Nautica Sound, Lawrence Oaks, Lawrence Grove, the Canyons, etc. I also work in Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Lake Worth. I help people through the emotional, and often challenging, process to closing. My accounting and finance background has always helped me, especially in real estate, having personally owned and operated 279 rental units with transactions totaling $32 million and representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions totaling $30 million. Born and raised in South Florida, I live in Boynton Beach and am an avid runner, like boating and have two amazing daughters. I am an active member of the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and organize 5k runs benefiting Feeding America.
