We were working with another realtor prior to meeting with David and I can honestly say, David is the BEST!!!!! We would not have wanted to work with anyone else to buy our first home. He impressed us with his knowledge and expertise from day one. He knew just what to look for in every house we considered, and he noticed things we would have never seen. We always felt assured and confident when considering an offer on a home. Whenever we asked a questions, David was not afraid to tell us what he thought. We were eager to find a house, but David was patient, knowing that even in a competitive market, we should not settle. Every house we truly considered had 10+ offers, went for over asking price, and sold in just a few days. David knew the things we needed to do to make an offer great, and he coached us on those from day one. He did not want to waste our money though - he helped us make smart offers on the right houses, and it helped us to win on an absolute gem. We are still in awe we got the house. We love it and couldnt have done it without David. From the time we had an accepted offer, to the time we closed on the house, we expected it to be a lot more stressful. It wasnt that bad! David had us covered, working hard to make sure every step was taken care of. Beyond being an amazing agent, David just felt like a part of the family. He's invited to come over anytime!
