David was an absolute blessing. David Dutton was extremely patient with me being a first time home buyer and answered so many questions to make sure I felt comfortable about my decision. My realtor before David looked at her phone the entire time I was looking at a house and would not help me with any of my questions. She told me "you can figure that out after signing the contract". Not only is David extremely kind and personable, he is also extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the housing process, even helping my bank find a PMI company that would work with us. My home buying process came with many roadblocks from the bank, sellers and lawyers and David helped me with every. single. One. David helped me for over a year and did not give up on me or this house. I do not know any other realtor who would put in the amount of work David did to help me. When looking at homes, David first does extensive research on the home beforehand before entering each home. One of the most helpful characteristics about David is his knowledge in home integrity and repair. Even though he is not a home inspector, David was able to walk through every home and point out issues I would not have noticed if he did not mention them to me. He understood what might be causing the floor to concave in an area, or where a leak might occur. He was able to find highlights of each home, and what repairs might need to happen. He also gave me ideas on how to freshen up areas of the home that are easy to do myself. This extreme helpfulness and knowledge helped me make the best decision on what houses I should put offers on. For example, there was one home that David Dutton noticed leaking in the basement foundation that caused the furnace to rust out. He saved me so much time and money so I could forgo the home inspection and just move onto the next home. There are so many lazy, greedy realtors. David Dutton is not one of them. David Dutton is unbelievably kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Most realtors would have given up with my situation. Instead, David helped me, a low income 25 year old, find the perfect house to raise my future family in. Thank you David Dutton.
