David went into the crawl spaces of homes we viewed to make sure everything looked good structurally, looked for leaks, made sure the outside structure was good too. He truly have our best interest in mind and will never push you on anything he will tell you what he thinks but will always leave it up to you. He is also very good at showing you what is within your budget rang which we never got that with our first realtor who showed us nothing but 400k homes when we wanted to stay in the 200k rang. If you are first time home buyers like we were he is very knowledgeable in lawyers, mortgage companies and inspectors in the richland/lexington area which is amazing if you dont know what to look for. He will even compare mortgage companies to make sure you are getting a better deal. So stop looking for a realtor that just gets you and ask for David!!
