I'm not sure where to even start this review. I contacted David while he was on vacation to set up a tour of a potential rental house. Date and time set. Before heading there, I figured Id verify the tour was still taking place. Not only did he cancel the showing, he also stated he had an issue with current tenants having others tour the place, which is understandable. Unfortunately, he knew this before going on vacation. And was the start of how I never want to even come in contact with David again. I asked when I could see the place because I'm not signing an agreement without seeing the house. Set a time to chat, never happened. Called the next day and was told how I should be looking at places in my price point which is laughable because he knew nothing about my income. He goes on to state how the house is a luxury home and is very comparable to a BMWaEUR| Its not, and at this point, the conversation spirals. He begins to make comments that were very unprofessional and I stopped the conversation. The place he is trying to rent had an increase of over $1300aEUR| while the house also being in shambles from 4 kids. And currently signing for a place over $4k but hey I dont have the money for that.
