Dara and David sold my late mothers home in September of 2024. It was an especially hard time given the circumstances but Dara and David were sympathetic to us. They explained the whole process from start to finish and they were extremely professional. There were no hidden surprises. We were in constant communication with us throughout. They did such a great job that we sold the house in about 2 weeks (if that). Thank you again Team Crawford!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

We met Dara 14 years ago when we were buying our house, and she was representing the sellers. Her reputation, and her knowledge of the area and the market are unmatched, and she even knew the house! During our first meeting, Dara and her colleague David spent a great deal of time walking us through the market, the aEURoebig picture,aEUR? and what to expect in what timeframe in this market. She also had a winning plan for selling the house, and lots of helpful suggestions. Dara knows what information you need before you even know, yourself! She stepped in and stepped up to help with decisions, big or small around the sale and even helped us out numerous times with tedious and/or challenging tasks of moving! Dara has this way of making you feel like your life and your decisions matter, and that youre never a bother. Not only were we better informed to make decisions with Dara on our side, but we always had 100% confidence that we were in the best of hands.
