Dave is a nice guy but he did nothing to make the process of buying a house easier. I always had to contact him, often more then once, to get information. He rarely called. When he did contact it was through a text. I will be glad when they making buying a house a complete online process, because other then setting up appointments to see houses which had to be done through the agent I basically did everything else myself.
