Great guy, did not care what we wanted to look at or where it was, also was not concerned with how much he was making. The man took us to 3 houses and we ended up buying a house for 35,000 that wasnt even with his company! He spent hours working for us, not to mention days of phone calls making sure everything was in order for us to get the house. I will definently refer this man to anyone buying a home. If you tell him what you want, he will find it at your price! I found a house I was very interested in and was contacted by David close. I received a call from him and we met at the House of interest, which I fell in love with, was the perfect house for me in size style and area. he contacted someone that was working on getting me financed. He had even mentioned the type of offer he would make. He stated that the house would not last long with such a good price.About a week had passed, As I was waiting I called David to look at the house again. Thirty minutes before my appointment he called and said someone had made a bid and they excepted. So because he never made any kid of effort or offer on the home, it was sold out from under me. I felt that if he had done his job that I would be in or close to being in my perfect choice. My credit was good I had a down payment etc. He should of did something to lock me in while the process was being done. I feel he was to busy to do his job and therefore I lost the perfect home for me in every way. David was very nice but he needs to do what hes trained for, thats why we call them. I have been Heart broken since and not been able to find a home that even comes close.

Kenny isnt just a realtor, he is a friend though I never knew him before someone suggested him for us to use. We found a house within 3 days, looked at many because we were picky! You cant beat what Kenny will do for you!
