Dave was our realtor ffrom January through July of 2025 as we sought to find our next house for our growing family while also looking to sell our Philly rowhome. His expertise in the whole process, recommendations for what to do for both the home buying and selling process, knowledge of houses as we met with him at numerous prospective properties, and negotiation skills were all valuable attributes that he brought to the table. He went above and beyond throughout the buying/selling process to get us the best deals, and even assisted after the new home purchase with a few home improvement details. We working with Dave primarily, but we also worked with his team at Prime Real Estate on various occasions for various reasons, all of whom were excellent and knowledgeable partners. Dave and his team will do what it takes to make the deal happen, and we are grateful for all that he's done for us.
