David is absolutely phenomenal both as a person and as a knowledgeable realtor. I have known David for about 7 years and he and his wife Rebecca have helped me tremendously in getting renters for my properties. They do a thorough job in vetting potential tenant's to prevent potential problems. He has always gone above and beyond trying to assist me with any issues post contract. Many realtors dont help once the deal is done and theyre paid their commision. Anytime i have a question or problem i can call David and he will give me his expert opinion on the matter or refer me to the right person; handyman, lawyer or mortgage broker etc. I highly recommend him for the total package he represents pre and post all real estate contracts. Lets start with the truth: we were not easy buyers ?? I wanted a two-story house, my husband wanted a one-story. We started looking at $600K, then $800K, then new construction, then back to $500K for remodeling, then again to $800KaEUR| and every single time, David happily reset the filters like it was the first day. Zero complaints. Unlimited patience. Through all our changes, indecision, and back-and-forth, he handled everything with incredible professionalism, ethics, and a great attitude. What really sets him apart is his knowledge. He is literally like having a lawyer as your realtor. This is not someone who got a real estate license yesterday. He explains everythingaEUR"real estate laws, zoning rules, Miami city codes, association requirements, contracts, timelines. He makes sure you understand every step before moving forward, which gives you total confidence in your decisions. And the results speak for themselves: we found the best house in Miami, in a great location, built in 2020 (basically new construction). He negotiated the price $75,000 below appraisal, and on top of that, we brought $0 from our pocket (for closing) because he successfully negotiated the closing costs to be paid by the seller. The Carmona Group was an absolute pleasure to work with. David was recommend to me and I without a doubt am 100% pleased with him and his team.
