From our first meeting when we were choosing a realtor/agent we were extraordinarily impressed by the detail and preparation of David and Rebecca Carmona, vastly superior to others that we had interviewed. And we were certainly not disappointed. David planned and executed an excellent and extensive marketing campaign for our home. He proved to be extraordinarily knowledgeable, forthcoming, frank, and honest, allowing us to make the best and most appropriate decision in what was a very difficult market for sellers. We were also purchasing a home in Maryland, and he literally took charge, interviewing potential realtors/agents, engaging with the process from beginning to end (even to the surprise of the agent we selected who was equally impressed). He provided sound and sage advice, allowing us to make what turned out to be the best decision on our contingency sale and purchase, way beyond our expectations and what was required.
