I am a first-time homebuyer and in this crazy market I was successful in finding and getting my new place. Dave is everything someone needs in a realtor. He got back to me immediately with every question and took me to every house I wanted to look at without delay I never felt pressured toward any house and in fact he pointed out the potential problems with houses that had issues. He helped me to word our bid for the house in a way that was competitive enough to have our offer accepted, despite having many other similar offers. I really think he made the whole process easier. Dave has many good contacts in NJ which was evident by the lists of names he was able to give me for the pending process. That was very helpful! He also went above and beyond by coming to the inspection and joining me when I was getting an estimate from a contractor. Even then, he helped me with questions I had for the work I wanted done. He is constantly networking with the business and realtor community, utilizes social media and makes videos for other realtors to use. If I ever decide to sell and move on, I will definitely be contacting him and definitely recommend him to my friends. Most importantly, Dave helped me, a first-time home buyer to get a house in NJ which is seemingly impossible in this market. If you want to buy a house in NJ, he will make it happen for you.
