David was great to work with while renting out our Hoboken condo. He is experienced, knowledgeable and provided great communication throughout. He made the whole process easy for us as landlords and got us above the rental asking price. He even coordinated the clean up, painting and fixing things in apartment before new tenant moved in. Highly recommended!
