David is the ultimate professional while being extremely personable. He is very knowledge about the reality business as well as helpful in assisting the seller with information related to the requirements to close. He answers all correspondence by phone, email and text. He is great dealing with the buyer always looking out for the seller's side. He was able to talk our buyer out of several very unreasonable requests. I highly recommend David if you are buying or selling. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have done several real estate transactions and David ranks at the top of the list.

David is awesome! I would say that David went above and beyond his call as a realtor! I am friends with ten plus realtors but picked David not even knowing him because of his actions. I had previously had a home for sale by owner and David contacted me about showing my home. I wasnt aware of all of the paperwork needed to sell a home and he helped me through the entire process without even selling to his client. I recognized his hard work and dedication so gave him a chance to sell my next rental home six months later. He told me what I needed to do in order to get the house ready for the market. We completed a pre inspection to prevent any unknowns from popping up after an excepted offer. He put me in touch with the right people to get the jobs done that was needed and also showed up and inspected all work done before payment. I had met with other realtors who had told me what I could expect out of this home and debated on selling it by owner before meeting with David. David advised me that I could get $30k more than originally quoted by others and then he got me $20k more than he quoted. He advertised right and had twenty plus showings the first two days with multiple offers above asking price. Again David went above and beyond helping me get this home ready to sale and he was obviously well aware of the growing market in the area. I definitely recommend David for all of your realtor needs. Dealing with David was so pleasant that I cant write everything he helped with. He made the entire process enjoyable.
