David was born in upstate NY and has lived and worked in NC since 1999. David has a B.A. in marketing from UNC. David served his community as a law enforcement officer in Durham, NC for nearly a decade. He and his family currently live in Mebane, NC. Many agents sign the listing agreement and pass the client off to an assistant. I don't agree with this approach. When you hire me, you deal directly with me. You have my personal cell phone number and I am available to you anytime, day or night. Real estate is a 24/7 industry. If your agent isn't available to you, they're likely unavailable to a buyer's agent who may have questions or offers. I am known for going above and beyond for sellers. I am often landscaping and helping sellers prepare their properties for the market. On a recent listing, the seller found some serious issues during a pre-inspection. Those repairs left little money for cosmetics. I landscaped and pressure-washed the property myself. Real estate is a service industry and many agents have forgotten that. I also have an outstanding crew of handymen and painters who can have a property that needs a little work ready for the market in a few days. Marketing is key. I aggressively market properties on social media, third-party realty websites, mailings, past client and agent email lists, traditional signage, and open houses. When I list a property I make sure everyone knows about it!
